Matisco Scholarship

Jan Matisco worked at JFK from 1972 until she retired in June of 2009. During these four decades, she and her husband, Joe Matisco, touched the lives of many students at Kennedy. They spent countless hours dedicating their time to Kennedy and our athletes.

Former staff and alumni have come together to honor Jan and Joe by creating the Jan and Joe Matisco Student Athlete Scholarship. Each year, a Kennedy Senior who exhibits dedication to their academics and athletics will be awarded a scholarship in the Matisco's name.

John F. Kennedy High School proudly offers a full athletic program with highly qualified coaches and an emphasis on high scholastic and athletic achievement.
